It’s probably every kid’s dream to travel on the Disney Cruise considering the fact that even some of us grew up watching Peter Pan or the Disney Princess cartoons, so we couldn’t help but wonder what it would be like to Cruise around America in the Disney Ship! The Disney Cruises only offers you three destinations to choose from, whether it’s the land and sea Bahamian trip, the Eastern and Western Caribbean Cruise, or exploring the Special Mexican Riviera Cruise, the choice is yours to pick. The port that you would have to depart from is in Florida; check the official website for more information on departure port and dates.
Although the activities in the Disney Ships, both the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder may not be as fancy as other Cruise lines in America, the magic is in the brand itself. One of the activities that the kids can choose to do on board is to sail in the Captain Hook’s look-a-like ship that says that Disney sure does combine their movies and making it reality, for the chilling with the family.
Of course, if you’re traveling with your teenage daughters and her friends, it’s not a surprise that they would love nothing more than to have their own privacy, both Disney Magic and Disney Wonder provides what may appear to be the ‘loft’ or a dorm room for these teens to share with each other.
For the adults, don’t get bored just yet, there are activities for you to do while your family are doing the play, relaxing spa and fitness are available for your needs. You can choose to wake in the bright sunny day and go for some Yoga class, just stretch those muscles and hamstrings or take a dip in their pool, rest assured that even if you are not so much of a Disney fans you won’t get bored while Cruising.
Each restaurant in the ship are from the famous Disney cartoons, if you’re into the Little Mermaid then stop by at Triton’s for some aquatic feeling cuisine, but if you’re up for something a little more grand and fancy, like Belle in her yellow gown from ‘Beauty and the Beast’ then Lumiere’s is the dining room for you. For a relaxing, non-Disney feeling night, just enjoy the fine dish at Palo under the candle light with your partner for a change, after all you are on the Disney ships and it’s all about letting your dreams fly!
